DAI was selected in 2007 by Maine Medical Center to provide Engineering services to create an as-built electrical one-line diagram, and electrical facility assessment report for the former Osteopathic Hospital of Maine. This is a 200,000 square foot facility that MMC acquired in 2003. The facility came with limited existing electrical documentation and required an up-to-date, one-line diagram of the as-built conditions to aid MMC with their facility management duties. Redington-Fairview General Hospital – Power Plant

In 2005, our Engineering Division was awarded the  design and construction of a $4.8 million Power Plant for Redington-Fairview General Hospital in Skowhegan, Maine. The project created a 3,700 square foot building to house new electric service, an emergency generator, storage of 15,000 gallons of fuel, and three boilers. DAI was selected by Millinocket Regional Hospital to design a $2.9 Million Infrastructure Upgrade Project that encompassed replacement of two (2) non-code  compliant 480V service switchboards and associated pad mounted transformers with a new code-compliant 2-level GFI  protected main switchboard served by a new 1500 KVA pad mounted transformer, existing  250 KW Generator with a 600KW generator, and all automatic transfer switches with new 4-pole Bypass Isolation Type.
