John Weaver

President / Managing Principal

John is exceptionally talented in the areas of planning, space programming, scheduling, budgeting and general management.  He serves as a liaison between DAI’s clients and the project team, taking responsibility for the architectural,  engineering and construction disciplines for the duration of a project as well as positioning out family of companies for the future.

 

John Zychowicz, NCARB, AIA

Principal, Design

John Z. specializes in master planning, programming, building design and patient and staff work flow.  In addition, John oversees all project design for DAI and is involved in every aspect of a project from master planning through construction administration.

 

Michael Kessler, PE, CPD, LEED AP, HFDP

Principal, Engineering

Mike oversees Mechanical and Electrical Engineering services provided on all of our projects. He works closely with the project team and client to achieve the most effective design solution consistent with client and corporate goals. He became one of the first engineers in the country to be certified as a Healthcare Facility Design Professional (HFDP) by the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) in 2007.

 

Marie Lesperance

Senior Vice President, Finance and Operations

Marie Lesperance is the financial wizard of both DAI and MBI. She has been an instrumental addition to the core group of founders by assisting them with the evolution of both firms. Since joining DAI in 1987, her responsibilities have included all facets of financial management including forecasting, reporting, cash flow monitoring, and year-end tax planning. Marie also supervises the finance, human resources, IT and administrative departments.

 

Christopher Luchetti, AIA

Vice President, Operations

Christopher’s responsibilities at DAI encompass all phases of our projects from schematic design and design development through construction document production, coordination, and administration since joining DAI in 1992. At DAI, his work includes directing production of drawings and administration of the construction contract. Christopher is particularly well versed in the design of complex renovation projects.
