A groundbreaking ceremony was held in 2007 to kick off a 59,000 square foot Medical Office Center addition to Redington-Fairview General Hospital. Saints Medical Center and DAI completed the design of a Women’s Health Center located in North Andover, Massachusetts. The Women’s Health Center, which opened in January 2010, offers clinical and diagnostic services in a convenient, accessible and comfortable spa-like environment. Services include the Breast Care Center, Gynecology Services, Mammography, Ultrasound, Bone Density, and Stereotactic Services. DAI has worked with Virginia Surgery Associates, P.C. (VSA) since mid-2006 beginning with a design assignment for their new office suite located in a Medical Office Building on the campus of Inova Loudoun Hospital. Since our initial design assignment, our firm has worked with VSA to design several other office locations in Virginia (Annandale, Fairfax, Alexandria, Lorton and Fair Oaks). Community Health Connections (CHC) applied for and was awarded a grant for a major addition/renovation to an existing professional office building located on the HealthAlliance Burbank Campus adjacent to their current location. This project consists of the renovation of 20,000 square feet within the professional office building and 60,500 square feet of new construction. The goal of BNHC was to consolidate all operations into one center and this 58,000 square foot building fits their needs for space and improved efficiency of care.
